All of our products are fully guaranteed for a minimum of two years, with extensions up to five years on awnings and electrically operated systems. Perhaps more importantly, claims under our guarantee are extremely rare - a testament to both the quality of our products and the skill of our installers. As further evidence, our hardware and mechanisms have an enviable track record in the demanding Contract market.

Pricing policy
We do not use special gimmicks or phoney price promotions to win orders. Instead we offer a firm, competitive price based on the best solution for your situation.

City and Guilds trained staff
Our installers are highly experienced, fully trained, full time members of staff. We do not use agents. Our four key installers for conservatory blinds have over 80 years experience ­ all acquired at Sampsons.
